Less than 48 hours in advance – the deposit is 
non-refundable, and rescheduling is not possible

Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: you can reschedule your trip within 14 days

If the flight is canceled by the carrier, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid

Refunds are issued to PrivatBank/Monobank cards within 3–7 business days, subject to a 10% fee

The maximum delay is up to 30 minutes, provided the passenger remains in contact

If the passenger does not answer the calls, the driver waits up to 10 minutes and then leaves
